This was unfortunately my second Lemon. The first time I went through this process I did it on my own and worked with manufacturer directly. I was expecting my case would take a long time and that it would be difficult to get a hold of someone to start my claim but it was the opposite. As soon as I called I was able to start a claim immediately and provide everything that was needed to start my case. I cannot recommend Jordan Dixon highly enough. I was in a car accident where someone rear ended me which caused more injurie to my body than would normally be expected.
