Bankruptcy is nothing anyone wants to do and is scary at first and personally for me a little bit embarrassing. Tom was awesome,he made it very easy every step of the way. He was very attentive and was always quick to respond and made the process comfortable, not feeling judged once. I consulted other attorneys before him and I knew as soon as I talked to him he be the best choice and did not disappoint. Not to mention his price was affordable considering the circumstances.

Matthew Roy was speedy in his response from my call to his office. He listened to me, informed me of his consultation fees and was able to schedule me in quickly. He was able to see the RO filed against me was done so in bad faith. Not only was the petitioner request denied, but the Judge entered a judgement for my legal fees to be paid by the petitioner. Tom was amazing! It was very easy to set appointments, he was very thorough and knows what he’s doing. I wouldn’t of wanted to work with anyone else. He truly cares about his clients. On court day it was interesting to see all the other lawyers did not want to be there or didn’t seem to care. But Tom was totally different he was well dressed compared to the other lawyers and made this process easy and amazing! Not choosing him would be the worst decision you can make with this process.
