Let's start off by saying that from all the attorneys that I called he was the only one to pick up the phone and take a few minutes and talk to me. Which caught me by surprise. We spent a good 10 to 15 minutes talking about my situation. He was very nice and genuinely interested in what I was saying. Without being pushy he asked if I wanted to set up a formal appointment a talk more about the issue I was having and that he was able to help me. I soon as I got off the phone I knew he was the right person for the job. The last few months I have gotten to know Richard while working on my case. Not only is Richard kind and sympathetic attorney but most importantly he's smart, experienced an extremely knowledgeable about the law. Plus he's hard working and takes great pride in his work. In my particular case he spent countless hours to insure that my case was detailed as possible. The work Richard has put into my case has been impressive, and regardless of the outcome I am satisfied in all the work he has put into my case. Richard has always kept me well-informed about my case. He has always been honest and upfront about my case which I greatly appreciate. Always able to get a hold of him when I need to, always responds to all my calls and emails promptly. I just feel really lucky to have found Richard to represent me in my case. His fees are really fair and competitive, Richard doesn't try to overcharge for his work, on the contrary he's always looking for ways to save me money which I really appreciated. Not only is he a really good person but he's well prepared, detail oriented and a strategists. He is someone that I can trust and have great confidence in. He always has my best interest in mind which make it easier for me rest my head at night. As I'm going through this difficult part of my life. Richard was very informative, helpful and understanding. He always gave me sound advice on how to handle situations during my divorce, he also was always available by phone or e-mail when issues arised to talk to me.

I hired Mr. Abdallah earlier this year for simple child custody and child support case. Mr. Abdallah misquoted me two court dates and for those I suffered alot in court and financially. Mr. Abdallah's failure to keep me informed in addition to his lack of empathy goes neck to neck in making him good attorney. I recommend Ms. Kairey Smith. She turned the tides for my case.. It was outmost despicable for any attorney to call you after your court date and the client was not informed pre court date. This is a new low for any attorney.
