Suzanne helped my organization file our 501c3 documentation to transition a for-profit business into a 501c3 nonprofit. This was a very messy, drawn out process, involving several former owners who were at odds throughout. Suzanne's expertise and guidance helped us file an application with a minimum of difficulties, and, based on the application she prepared for us, we were ultimately granted status as a 501c3. From talking to colleagues who had been through similar experiences, I had been prepared for the worst; Suzanne made a very complicated process fairly straightforward, and she helped me understand my options as we moved through the application process. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went, given how many moving pieces were involved and how daunting the prospects seemed at the start.
