Suzanne was recommended to us by our accountant when we wanted to form a professional corporation. She was very efficient in answering our questions about requirements for registering fictitious name, and made the process easy, affordable and understandable. She helped us understand the timing of our applications to get approval from the California Secretary of State and State Bar. Being attorneys ourselves and knowing how costly mistakes can be, we would never consider trying to incorporate ourselves and are glad we made the decision to work with Suzanne. Ann

I hired Ms. Rogers when I put my business into a corporation, made a will and created a family trust. She's been diligent about sending reminders of things that need to be kept up in order to stay compliant with the laws pertaining to these changes.
