I can not say enough how much I appreciate Paul Chan. When I needed someone with the expertise and integrity to fight for me to maintain my license without restrictions he was the professional to do it. I was at my most vulnerable, unemployed and being investigated for Gross Negligence. I knew the charges were wrong but I first needed to find someone who could fight for me. Paul Chan, a great communicator the consummate professional and quite ethical, was that person. I recommend him to anyone who has a complaint against their license.

It can be a simple audit from the Board of Pharmacy which led to an accusation. I had mixed emotion when I received a certified mail from the Office of the Attorney General. I was scared, frustrated and discouraged. As a pharmacist, one of my duty is to fill prescription. I would verify the prescription and document the diagnosis that I received from the doctor's office. If the doctors are unethical and over-prescribed, the BOP held the pharmacist responsible because he or she was the last person involved. I was very happy when I found Paul Chan online.
