I’ve been through a literal nightmare with the nursing boards. Paul helped me right away and even cut me slack on costs. This man literally cares with his whole heart and wants to see his clients succeed. He has always been responsive and helpful to me following the representation that he provided me. Plus, he helped me get my nursing license. Paul moved mountains for me and my family and I won’t go to anyone else when it comes to administrative law. Hands down, Paul is the best! I hired Paul about a year ago & my case has finally concluded! He was very helpful. I heard of him first from my nursing support group, and he was highly recommended. I had an issue I was facing with my license (pending revocation), and we had to attend a hearing. He was very thorough, attentive, detailed and knowledgeable about the process & my case. I felt very confident in hiring him, from word of mouth, and it was a lengthy process (out of his hands). We ended up attending a hearing and I was very nervous, but he was able to ease some of the anxiety with his knowledge and guidance. I ended up getting what he asked for & it was a good ending. Rude and disrespectful

As Stated below and from several others who worked with Paul Chan stay away. He was very rude and talks very negatively. I did not mind his attitude but he was a terrible representative as well. He did not help with the case at all, and made statements against me during the investigation. He also appeared to have a relationship with the state, and could be involved with getting kickbacks . If your a professional looking for License defense stay away from this guy! you've been warned. if you have questions feel free to ask me or the 4 other people said the same thing. Check his yelp***

I called Paul Chan after surrendering my RN license several years prior secondary to my addiction issues and drug diversion from my employer. My case was severe as I was very sick and diverted a lot of narcotics. I thought that getting my RN license reinstated was an impossibility due to the severity of my situation. I told Paul my story, and he told me that he could help me get my license back. To be honest, I didn’t believe him, but I believed in his ability to do his best for me. It was inconceivable to me that I would ever be granted a second chance. To make a long story short, I was successfully reinstated and got my RN license back with him by my side every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Paul. He not only possesses the qualities that make him a good lawyer, but he cared about me as a person and helping me get back on my feet.
