Great representation , they know their stuff.

This review is long overdue, but Lance Curtis did an outstanding job representing me in my personal injury lawsuit from an auto accident. We settled in Oct 2014, and I believe the settlement was much better due to the strategy that Lance pursued in our interactions with the opposing law firm, which was a larger company from the Bay Area. Lance was not afraid to go to court if necessary, and I believe his excellent reputation as a litigator helped influence the other side to meet our settlement demands 100% with an out of court settlement.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an attorney or a law firm was with Carter Wolden Curtis. Mr. Curtis was exceptionally slow with returning phone calls and emails from the start to the end. His lack of attention and poor communication caused me to miss deadlines in a lawsuit and after stating he would represent me verbally and saying he would send me a retainer agreement and then apologized for sending one he finally sent an email stating he would not represent me after a month. Stay far away from this law firm and especially Mr. Curtis.
