We have been working with the lawyer on the U Visa since 2018. Today I can tell you that our determination in good faith and our work permit have arrived. We are very pleased to be working with attorney Bryan Lopez.

I just have to give the best review I can to this office, they kept me informed, were open about my case and helped me with the necessary steps to get my case resolved. They were always cordial and I knew they were always on my side. The process was simple, they took care of everything for me and in the end they made this complicated process look simple, not to mention the process was quicker than we anticipated. I want to start off by saying I am very impressed at how fast Brian is able to get your case going and make it successful. He was able to instruct me and lead me all the way trough my case which was much need as I was very nervous but Wendy and Brain made the process a lot easier. They are very helpful and answered all my questions with plenty of information. A highlight of this whole experience was how much Brian fights for his clients I experienced it first hand with an immigration supervisor as he was trying to deny me of my permit but Brian stood up for me and turned things around. I’ve been to Brian’s law firm 3 times and all have been wonderful. He and Wendy are extremely helpful in the whole process. At anytime you have questions feel free to call them and they always have an answer and if they don’t they will call back with an answer.
