Peter and Kyung Immigration Law Office were great! Our case was processed without issue. We had the unique timing of starting our case shortly after Covid and most the Gov't agencies were shut down or heavily delayed. When first looking at the application for my husband's green card, we thought we would be able to do it on our own and soon realized we needed help. When my wife and I moved back to the US in the summer of 2022 we were quite concerned with how we were going to navigate the immigration and change of status issue that we were facing. Although we had been married for a number of years already, understanding and dealing with the numerous forms and required documentation was daunting for us. We felt that there was no good way to really know exactly what we needed or if we were making a critical mistake when filling out information or submitting documents. Mr. Kyung and his office were an absolute godsend. From the first conversation we had with him his reassurance and gentle manner put at us at ease. He laid out our options very succinctly and openly and for the first time we felt that this task would not be insurmountable. We did not feel any pressure to commit, Peter simply laid out our options along with his pricing structure and then left the choice up to us. Both my wife and I felt that having Peter manage our case would be well worth the cost. Almost 8 months later we were proven correct. My wife’s case was approved and we received her green card in record time. We believe in large part this was due to Peter’s good standing with the courts and immigration offices. Peter always made himself available to us if we had any questions (sometimes even responding to emails we sent late into the evening) Any concerns we had he dealt with in a very warm, compassionate, and understanding manner. Peter Kyung is an excellent attorney. He has great attention to detail and goes above and beyond. He was patient and explained the process. We felt cared for the whole way. My husband recently received notification that his green card had been approved. We didn't even have to have the interview. I believe this is because Peter spent so much time and effort BEFORE filling for us. He had us collect documentation to support our claim and I know that attention to detail helped our case gain approval without the need for the interview; however, I am confidant that if we had needed to go to the interview, Peter would have represented us well and we would have had a positive outcome. This wasn't needed (thanks to Peter) and we highly recommend him to anyone who has immigration needs.

A friend of mine recommended me Kyung Immigration Law Office back in 2020. I’m so over due for this review!! Hiiii Peter , I don’t know where to start. Me and my husband had the greatest time throughout our case over the years with Peter. I don’t think anyone can compete with what Peter has to provide for his clients , best service, very approachable and immediate response. He is very precise and helped us with our case from beginning to end till obtaining citizenship . He was there for us every step of the way, guided us throughout the process, very friendly and made us very comfortable. Not once we doubted Peter’s service. If I could give more than five stars, I surely would. Peter was such a fantastic lawyer from the very beginning. My husband and I used Peter recently for our immigration process to obtain my husband's residency. Going into this process was very overwhelming for us, with so many questions but, most of all, not knowing the process. Peter had a Zoom call with us before we retained him; he spoke to us and advised us of the process. The one thing that stood out about Peter is he took his time with us, knowing and asking about our history, to make sure he could help us; this stood out because this was even before we put a fee to retain him. This made me feel I could trust him and that we were not just another application on his desk. He explained the timeline and everything we needed before the process.
