Peter Kyung is an excellent attorney. He has great attention to detail and goes above and beyond. He was patient and explained the process. We felt cared for the whole way. My husband recently received notification that his green card had been approved. We didn't even have to have the interview. I believe this is because Peter spent so much time and effort BEFORE filling for us. He had us collect documentation to support our claim and I know that attention to detail helped our case gain approval without the need for the interview; however, I am confidant that if we had needed to go to the interview, Peter would have represented us well and we would have had a positive outcome. This wasn't needed (thanks to Peter) and we highly recommend him to anyone who has immigration needs.

A friend of mine recommended me Kyung Immigration Law Office back in 2020. She gave me only the name of a great lawyer that “I would love to work with” and who could recommend me what steps to take for lifting a restriction I had on mi student Visa. I was really overwhelmed about the amount paperwork that I needed to do, and I did not know where to begin; so, I reached out to Peter’s office, and we schedule a consultation call. At that time I was living in the east coast and my fiancé was in California. We did not have the chance to go to the office personally, due to the circumstances, but Peter was always so kind and understanding of our situation, so we chatted for an hour (even though the time difference was significant) he gave me a few recommendations to start with the mentioned process, it was really nice having someone trustworthy that understands every particular situation of his clients, I have had previous contact with other immigration lawyers and NONE OF THE OTHER LAWYERS INSPIRE ME CONFIDENCE. At this point I got married, and my husband and I moved to California, where Peter’s office is located, and communication got easier since we where at the same time zone. We did everything that was asked for to guarantee the success of our case, we followed all the recommendations, and our case was approved without delays or mistakes. I don’t think anyone can compete with what Peter has to provide for his clients , best service, very approachable and immediate response. He is very precise and helped us with our case from beginning to end till obtaining citizenship . If I could give more than five stars, I surely would. Peter was such a fantastic lawyer from the very beginning. My husband and I used Peter recently for our immigration process to obtain my husband's residency. Going into this process was very overwhelming for us, with so many questions but, most of all, not knowing the process. Peter had a Zoom call with us before we retained him; he spoke to us and advised us of the process. The one thing that stood out about Peter is he took his time with us, knowing and asking about our history, to make sure he could help us; this stood out because this was even before we put a fee to retain him. Peter is an Expert! He is an expert in the field and know exactly what need to be done. If you want your case done the right way, I would definitely recommend him. He has a very clear and specific bullet list of what you need to submit and the list is specific to your case so it is very clear what document you need. before submit the case, He make sure you have everything done correctly and he arrange it in the way that USCIS will not confuse and get to the point so you not end up need unnecessary explanation. He also update with you any change and any approach the USCIS is on right now and if you need any information, he always explain it thoroughly and make sure you understand the situation. He is also very confidential about your case and you can ensure your information is being safe with him. I would’ve worry a lot about the case without him because the USCIS has been changing the approach method reasonably and everything is abnormal compare to cases in the past. I cannot say enough, but to recommended him to you either you think your case is strong, trust me, no matter house strong your case is, with out filling correctly, it actually take longer than having it done correctly in the first place. and Peter is a person that you can count on!

I don't know how to start this but husband and i knew Peter since 2020 on his previous employer ( Carsunkyung lawcorp). We started filing during pandemic and its really long process to wait but Peter never get tired of updating us for 3 YEARS due to pandemic .. Even tho our case was in his old law-firm he took our case on his new corporation KILO (Kyung immigration Law office). Husband and i actually glad he got his own firm coz we see how hard working he is and no doubt its a success. He never disappoint us. This guy dont sleep that anytime you can email him and he will respond as soon as he can. kidding aside, before asking Peters help i went to another attorney first and paid $450 just for consultation. It was a red flag that the first attorney i encountered was all for money,i did lots of my search and reading good review about him and didnt make a mistake trusting Peter. He never forgot our case and he remember the details of everything. Any time we ask him or not even ask him, he will keep us updated. He even waived us fee when renewing my work permit.
