Richard represented my daughter in a case. He worked diligently to have her felony reduced to a misdemeanor, which was no easy feat. He has a great understanding of the law and was extremely helpful with informing her on how to get on the right path to recovery. I would highly recommend him!

He's a standup guy! I had discovered him online, called before even hiring and he gave me useful information, I didn't hire him at that time. Richard Chan took very good care of me and my case. I was a first time DUI offender with a very high BAC and no priors and no idea what to do or where to turn. If you are looking for someone who is down to earth, understanding, caring, and confident because he is very knowledgeable in his work, Mr. Chan is someone you want to represent you or a love one. My son had got himself into trouble and I was literally in tears when I called Mr. Chan because I didn’t think my son deserved his charges which was 1 count of a misdemeanor and 1 count of a felony. Plus, I didn’t feel that our public defender was going to help my son with a fair justice. Mr. Chan told me that he will take our case and we’ll win.....that they will not charge my son those 2 counts. End of case resulted with a misdemeanor (disturbance of peace) and 6 months of probation with No restitution!
