They talked to me for 9 min and said they couldn't help me and charged me $100 and I'm a disabled Veteran but the don't honer us...

From the initial consultation, Diane listened to us, was patient, and represented her client very well. After filing for the divorce, we learned about a Pre-marital agreement (PMA), which altered our negotiating strategy somewhat. Diane made the necessary adjustments and demonstrated flexibility. She negotiated spousal support, which resulted in a good outcome. She also negotiated access to a life insurance policy, which would not have been available under the terms of the PMA. Throughout this process, we appreciated that Diane was responsive and accessible. She showed compassion and concern for her client. She demonstrated expertise, resulting in a fair settlement for which we are very grateful.

Family law is extremely unpredictable and should always be a last resort. I would avoid it if you can, however, that is not always possible. I was being brought into court on bogus accusations for several years, with the courts taking no action against the other party causing this. Diane was extremely clear in her plan to request a 730 evaluation. She understood the complexity of my case as it had gone on for about 9 years already at the point of our meeting, and knew which professionals to work with to have this situation understood, fully. Diane is honest to a point that will offend some, but this is truly her biggest asset. She will tell you directly what it is that you need to hear, possible outcomes, and what you may be doing wrong in some cases. She understands the characters involved on both sides, ie the attorneys, judges, evaluators, and all their differing personalities. I was able to get the correct outcome, resulting from two separate evaluations over several years. Diane’s shrewdness and skill are what allowed us to both make a plan and execute it clearly, and with extremely favorable results. I recommend her strongly for anyone dealing with a complex family law/custody issue.

It was a very complicated divorce with many outrageous claims. Therese and her assistants handled everything very well. If there was something she wasn't sure about she had no problem telling me she would talk to Hal for his opinion. She also worked well with my other (non family type) attorneys. No problem contacting her or assistant if anything new came up. I would definitely refer anyone to at least schedule a consultation with her.

Stay away. They'll do a lot to make sure they can get billable hours. Please meet the attorney that will be representing you because the one that represented me took a long time to do his job. There comes a time when some attorneys need to retire or at least charge you less since they cannot perform their job adequately.

They made a very difficult situation much easier. They were always there to help resolve issues. They're the BEST!!

So far as my Soon-to-be-ex husband's attorney they've spelled my name wrong on all forms, have taken an insane amount of time to do anything, leave documents incomplete, magically happen to be doing the work you're calling about that day whenever you call, and has somehow cost him $5k. I'm absolutely furious.
