Asked an attorney friend for a recommendation when I received papers alleging breach of contract and lis pendens involving the sale of my home. Of the four recommendations, I narrowed it down to Mr. Benzinger. Best choice I could have made. A blend of James Spader and Andy Griffith, he was effective in his communication with opposing counsel, resulting in a very acceptable settlement out of court and dismissal of all filings. He took on the worry that I had been carrying and even made me laugh a number of times in our discussion. Great work, Mr. Benzinger. You are now on "speed dial," though I hope it will not ever be necessary...

Mr. Benzinger represented our community association and succeeded in protecting our members in a very serious legal dispute.
