I had a speeding ticket recently resolved thanks to the tireless efforts of Mr. Margarita. He had the perfect advice and recommendations for obtaining the most favorable outcome. With a speed reduction of 15+mph and consequently decreased fine amount, the results show. He is very direct and no-nonsense, which makes him easy to work with. This is my first experience with a Criminal Defense Attorney. I was very impressed with him from my first phone call through the disposition of the case. He came to our home on a Sunday, took pictures, asked many questions and within a couple of days had response letters ready for our signatures and was able to get the case dismissed.
