I injured my knee while performing one of my duties at work. I received treatment, but my knee was still problematic. I would not be able to return to my job without severe modifications by my employer. My Orthopedic physician gave my knee injury a "1%" rank based on the medical manual-based guidelines he had to use. Workman's Comp. wanted my case closed. I was referred to this law firm through a friend who had had a different work injury but also needed legal representation. I met Shane Bradley at Bradley Law for a consultation. On our first appointment, he spoke knowingly about the medical tables that my Orthopedic physician used to conclude his evaluation of my case. Shane flipped through the medical volume he had pulled down to show me 3 other tables that could have (and should have) been consulted to give guidance for the final evaluation. Shane clearly knew many of the medical professionals in the field. He named several doctors and mine was included. He fairly listed some of their strengths and weaknesses. He spoke about the treatments and therapies as I went through my history (medical and PT) to heal my knee. I can say that Shane put all of my concerns at the forefront while also being very pragmatic about possible results. He is very astute to the medical, legal and personal (patient) interactions. As the case progressed, he answered my questions via email and telephone (CoVid time) on a prompt timeline. He gave me insight as to how the case was progressing. As the case continued, he remained very realistic about the outcome. I am incredibly grateful that Shane was my legal guide and advocate to help me get resolution to my case. My settlement was substantially more than what was initially offered because he was diligent and well-versed in Workman's Comp law. I HIGHLY recommend Shane.
