I discovered the Yee Law Group in Yelp. The reviews were amazing! It’s a very serious task to find a firm one can trust with their personal information in creating a will, living trust, and in my case, transferring my late mother’s house into my name. The Yee Law Group (Michael Yee, owner) Robert Wong, Rachael, Laurel, Beth, Bethany and the entire staff are very professional, kind, respectful of their client, polite and thorough in preparing everything needed for a solid will, living trust, transference of property. Mr.Wong never rushed us. He was interested in us as people. Mr. Wong was always thoughtful on the phone (never had an opportunity to meet Mr. Wong in person). Laurel McNees was my very first introduction to the Yee Law Firm. She represents the firm well, and has always be very professional and kind toward us. Bethany and Beth are always aware and welcoming to us when we come to the firm. At completion of our wills and living trust preparation, we were presented with a beautiful and very classy binder with all of our documents securely inside. Very thorough and professional for our estate planning needs. We went to them to set up a Trust and a Will. We have two young kids and wanted to make sure the kids were covered (who takes care of them and insuring assets go to them when we pass). They also set up Powers of Attorney, Medical wishes, and some other things that I hadn’t thought to set up. We now have a complete package of documents which will make it much easier for our kids and other family members when we pass. When you are done, they give you electronic and hard copies of everything which is convenient. I can just email certain family members the documents for safe keeping and easy access. They even caught an issue with how our house title was originally recorded with the county and worked with us to get it fixed so that it could go into the Trust. If you looking for a friendly law group to help you estate planning, Yee Law Group is a great choice.
