My family had a living trust created by another estate planning lawyer back in the Bay Area and needed to update some things. We called and scheduled a time to meet with Michael and we're super happy. Michael is very detailed, very prompt in his replies, and answers questions with lots of detail. If it's something that he doesn't specialize in, he will find another lawyer that he works with and you can meet with him/her in his office. Very convenient and takes the pain and confusion away from estate planning laws. Office staff is also very professional! We had some more questions for Michael over the past few months and he has always been responsive. Highly recommended!

We procrastinated on creating a living trust for many years because we thought the process would be difficult and costly. We're very glad we chose Mike for this job because he and his associates made it very easy by explaining the process and answering all of our questions very clearly. Two short meetings and some homework and it's all done in less than 5 weeks. The cost was extremely reasonable and they also prepared several other documents including medical directives, durable powers of attorney, end of life directives, etc., and filled out the forms needed to transfer the house into the trust. A+++!
