I hired Hellen to handle my child support case from a coworker who’s ex had actually hired her! She was extremely thorough and prompt in all the paperwork filing and answering any questions I had. She is extremely knowledgeable with the law and explains options in an easy to understand manner. She also followed through extensively in my case and made sure everything was completely wrapped up. Hope I don’t have to go through this again, but if I do, I know who I am hiring. I highly recommend her.

I had a seemingly easy case that turned into something much more. I was dealing with a very difficult ex-husband who did not cooperate at any time in the process. My case took over two and a half years, and through it all, Hellen Hernandez was there for me every step of the way. She was always prompt with her responses (within 24 hours of my request), she offered solid advice, and all of her filings were detailed and accurate. She never wavered in her support for me and for my children. Her preparation for hearings and settlement conference is, in my opinion, unmatched. Hellen made sure to be prepared for any possibility that could occur. Hellen always did her homework. She knew the case law that would best support whatever opposition we were facing, and that paid off with our rulings. Hellen was also emotionally supportive. There were a number of times when I felt like giving up, or I felt that the odds were against me, but through it all she was always there, encouraging me and offering advice that turned out to be invaluable. From day one to the very last day, Hellen was a true consummate professional. Her work ethic never wavered from the excellence she portrayed to me from the day I walked into her office. I could not have asked for a better attorney to have in my corner.

Even though my case was not as difficult as others she made me feel very comfortable from the begening... she explained every step and kept me well informed of everything with no surprises. When it came to court hearing she took care of it all with great professionalism and was able to win my case! I am very thankful I hired her!

I hired Hellen Hernandez initially to review and change some ambiguous orders from a divorce and custody case I had. When i was going through my divorce/custody I had hired someone that was pretty inexpensive since i didn't have a lot of money, nor did i know a lot about hiring a professional. I unfortunately did not have a good experience and now 2 years later am suffering from some mistakes that were made. Hellen was very professional and warm, and told me exactly what we could do/ask for, and what we could not. She was also honest in every step of the way in her billing, the legal process, and what she felt might happen. This was so refreshing! I knew where my case stood the entire time. I also appreciated the fact I was given options and that multiple decisions were given. She answered all my calls and emails promptly and even stayed late once so i could come in after work. Her dedication to her clients and her work shows! I also learned that when it comes to legal help trust your gut, ask questions, be honest in what you want, and understand that sometime you get what you pay for. So start off with someone great like Hellen.

Hellen did an excellent job assisting me through my divorce. She provided advice on matters I would have otherwise overlooked. Hellen recently helped me though a child custody case where my sons mom just didn't want to agree to ANYTHING. Hellen took the time to answer all my questions and prepare me for the upcoming events. She took care of all the confusing paper work and had everything filed correctly and within the correct timelines. There were NO slip ups of any kind.
