No Thank You

After talking with the insurance Co. of the person who hit me, I thought that I didn't have a case. And then I talked with Lisa and Peter at Curtis Legal, they told me that I had a case, throughout the whole process Lisa made me feel like my case mattered. Lisa was essential to the successful ending of my case, I wouldn't have gotten a settlement without her. Thank you All !!!

Not me but my girlfriend is currently working with them. Right now I'm disappointed with the service she's been getting seems like they want to help but not during the holidays. Guessing they won't be able to finish so the kids can at least have a little bit of a Christmas.

Contacted them about a claim and they were really rude and too busy to deal with me. I called was placed on hold immediately for 10 seconds maybe and I was transferred to an intake specialist Carmen and I asked for her to hold for one sec. They said okay and hung up on me after at max 5 secs. I called back upset told them to remove me from their list because I didn’t like how they hung up on me she said okay and hung up before I could finish my sentence. Terrible experience will never do business with them.

I have to say I too was referred to Sacramento Curtis Legal Group by one of their previous clients, and it was just in the right time. I actually was in the process of going to another company but everything was just not right with the other company, they actually talk a big talk on helping people with their cases but ended up dropping my case, I thought that was pretty sad. So I decided to contact Curtis Legal Group and they stepped up to bat and hit it out the park for me and my case, they weren't afraid to do their job and fight for my case to win. A Big thank you to the Sacramento team and Ms Lisa D. For all your time, sacrifice and effort for all you do. If you've been hurt In an auto accident don't be fooled by big words or how many commercials a company may have, Curtis Legal Group of Sacramento is the BEST way to go.

Curtis legal group is the worst attorneys in California they take two years process a settlement and they take all my money then they tell you a bunch of lies anyone that gets into a car accident do not call them PLEASE....... Do not believe this Reviews that say they are good attorneys because they are not they do not communicate they tell you anything when you call them especially Karen This really such a bad experience. I would never refer anyone to them.

I must back track my prior write up of Curtis Legal Group. I had previously had a bad experience after yrs of doing business with them. Being the professional law firm that I knew them to be. My attorney Peter and his assistant Anne, returned my call and I expressed my dissatisfaction, they made sure I was satisfied with decisions made on my case. And for this, I truly appreciate their professionalism, as I always knew it to be. Curtis Legal Group are trust worthy, and professional their not satisfied until you are.
