My accident was not a great experience. It has changed my life forever. One of the best things that happened from it was meeting John and Tuesday Airola. They treated me like I was family. They worked hard for me and got me the maximum insurance policy. They also cared about me and my future. John also recently helped me out with a situation that had nothing to do with a accident. Call Frank Penney Law and let go of your worry and frustration and secure needed funds for future possible medical care. We were rear ended and our SUV totaled. Our family had just moved to NC from CA. My daughter and I were together in the car and were injured from the accident. In May, 2010, I was involved in an automotive accident. The car was totaled, but luckily no one from either party was fatally injured. However, I suffered from whiplash in the neck and spine, a broken bone, and severe external bruises. We went to several specialists beginning with a chiropractor, and finishing with a neurologist. We were referred to the Law Offices of Frank D. Penney from family friends and professionals in the medical field. We began meeting with Frank Penney that same month. He was very straightforward with his intentions towards our case. We felt that he was caring and considerate. His law offices offered to cover the entirety of our medical costs until the settlement came through, which totaled approximately $18,000! After some back and forth propositions, we did settle. Mr. Penney's office includes an outstanding staff. We shopped around for other lawyers, talked to their "assistant" for every one that we called. We were fed up at how little they assistants actually knew and could not answer our questions. His legal assistant, Kristin is very bright, informative and was able to answer all of our questions perfectly. His other staff is very helpful as well. They do a great job at keeping clients informed and they care about our cases and are sympathetic to the situation most clients are in.
