I contacted Arnold law and advised that my employer has been using time card manipulation for years. I have supporting documents that proved my claim. I also advised Melanie Kelly the intake specialist that they also violated the WARN Act with same day layoff without notice to 400 people without severance. I was advised to today that they were not interested in taking on the case and was not provided any explanation aside from a link to a website that did not work. I messaged back requesting an explanation and have yet to receive any response.

It’s scary when you have to resort to google to find a hopefully decent and capable human as a lawyer to help with a plethora of things, but in my case data breach. Mr. Anderson Berry at the Arnold Law Firm has been the most straightforward, well-connected, experienced and transparent attorney I have come to know. I have been privileged to have him represent me and of course WIN but most importantly: He literally told me what was going to happen, around when it was going to happen, and how soon it would be resolved. Everything he said happened as he said it would. And on top of it, his team is on it at all times! I was shocked and spooked when I found out somebody was pretending to be me, emailing attorneys around trying to get private information about the case… Mr. Andersons contacts alerted him right away and he connected with me to make sure all was well and took care of the issue. I am speaking from my own experience and am comfortable recommending this law firm because they know what they are doing and they keep you informed, they answer any questions you may have down the road, and they keep you updated along the way. I was always able to speak to him directly if I needed to, and/or I was able to get help from Ms. Olga who was also very sweet and helpful throughout this process. All of our appointments were always on time and he was always reachable which is something I sincerely appreciated. I hope I do not have to, but if in the future I have any legal troubles, I’m going straight to him immediately. Thank you so much to the entire team.

Could not be happier with how Andrew, Deena, Jesus helped me thru my situation. Had my case transferred to 'Arnold Law' from another firm. Didn't know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised at the smooth transition. Even though the pandemic had slowed things down to a crawl, once everything opened back up, they definitely got the ball rolling.
