Thank you for working with me and helping me get my son back in my life. Michell was very helpful informative with the case. Olivia is Genuine ,understanding and listen to the client's she makes you feel that you are important and someone has your back.

My dad and I hired Michell 2019 from a law firm she was working for. She was helping my dad and I with a DVRO along with child custody & divorce. Shortly after we followed her to her own practice. On many occasions we would call or text and not receive a response until days later. We feel that her office is very unorganized, and lacked communication with us as clients . We find Michell at Flores Legal PC very unprofessional and unorganized. She decided to drop our case in the middle of our situation leaving us with no lawyer and unfinished documentation weeks before our hearing. On numerous occasions we would call or text and not receive a response for days at a time. After she dropped our case we realized many documents were not completed or filed as stated , as we were charged for them. Making us miss our deadlines with the court . She was very quick to charge us all fees but was very behind on deadlines and notifying us when we were to meet those deadlines . We recommended her to a family friend of ours who had a similar experience with her law firm. Her reasoning behind dropping our case was due to a missed appointment that we notified her my dad would arrive late due to a work incident.

Attorney Michell Flores was both a blessing and comfort during a very painful time in my life. My oldest daughter served me with a DVRO. I was heartbroken by my daughter’s baseless statements, claims and accusations. This was clearly a form of retaliation. I was treated with respect and understanding from the beginning. Michell guided me through this very sensitive and delicate process. She was always available for any questions that I had. She kept me informed every step of the way. I was informed of possible outcomes. Michell believed that the DVRO would be withdrawn. She helped me with my response statement, represented me at the hearing above and beyond! Michell not only understood me as a person but as a mother. In the end, the DVRO was withdrawn. I am thankful that Michell represented me and my case! Amazing lawyer. Communication was great when talking about details before hearings and points to bring up in court. I will definitely be calling you again in the future if needed.

We needed a lawyer on pretty short notice to handle a child custody case - mom trying to move out of state with my grandbaby. We thought we could handle it on our own but the mom's lawyer inundated us with paperwork and was being pretty shady! Michell stepped in, worked with us on payments and handled it all with ease! The process took almost a year due to COVID but my son walked away with sole physical and legal custody and mom has 4 three hour visits a week; my grandbaby is SUPER happy and doing really well in school. We are eternally grateful to Flores Legal for all the help!
