It was a long process, but well worth it. Sean Wisman along with Jo Babich were able to work with my Ins comp on an under insured driver that hit me head on east of Placerville on Hwy 50 . Thx go’s out to Tara Stevens for always taking’s my calls!!! Thank you all !!!

After a pretty horrific car accident my small kids and I were in on May 13th, 2022, I reached out to Mr. Greenblatt for help and asking him to look into my case. Not only was my car totaled from rolling on the freeway (basically pit maneuvered by a distracted driver), but my hand was crushed among other things during the impact and my kids sustained moderate injuries. After a huge fight with Medi-cal and Enloe, Mr. Greenblatt and his amazing secretary, Maxine, took over most communication, reached out to different doctors/hospitals for surgery consultations, dealing with so much stress I had originally dealt with. It was such a weight off my shoulders to know this was being handled by professionals who knew what they were doing and wouldn’t be taken advantage of like me. They fought for the safety of myself and my kids, and made sure we were going to be taken care of. Even after settling most of my case, they received an outrageous bill from a surgeon for my consultation estimating $3,500, and they were gracious enough to basically gift me that bill paid without taking it out of my settlement (settlement was only a few thousand dollars due to terrible insurance and hospital bills being paid). They asked for nothing in return and really made me feel like they cared about me and mine. They communicated with me with any updates as much as possible, and would answer any silly questions I had without judgement. These people are absolute godsends and I feel better knowing they helped me without a second thought. I highly recommend their services and have absolutely nothing bad to say. These folks saved my life more than they even realize.

I called in and was told by Mr. Wismen that the firm doesn't practice the type of case that I have (personal injury). He was rude and dismissive in my opinion and made me feel pretty low and depressed. Our communication lasted less than 45 seconds and he hung up. I looked again and their website says that they do indeed practice in the area that I need and it claims to have succeeded in matters with similar facts to mine. I had to ask myself why he would contradict what was written so plainly on their website. If you are looking for empathy and common sense maybe try someone other than Mr. Wismen because he doesn't seem to have either from where I sit.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hank Greenblatt. He is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. His attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding and his compassion for survivors truly stands out in his field. He will fight for you and make sure you get what you are entitled to for your suffering and loss. Anyone who has had an injury knows how hard it is to recover and how facing legal dealings during that recovery can be daunting. Hank made me and my elderly father feel welcomed and safe during a very hard time. My trust in him as a lawyer is only outweighed by my impression of him as a person. He is a rare combination of being tough as nails in his profession while also being nothing but compassionate, patient, and caring when dealing with his clients. I always felt he was fighting for me and yet also protecting me from the stress of the case. Hank truly puts his clients first and it shows. If you want an excellent lawyer who will fight hard for you this is the guy. And he will do it all while making it look easy and putting you at ease. A true professional and a good human. You will not regret hiring him for your case.
