I just want to start by saying I have achieved my permanent residency and I am very happy to start my life in the place I've called home for two decades. Now I have tried to acquire services from this immigration law firm back in 2019 and basically before I even started explaining my immigration status and what sorta documents I have about my status. One of the individuals who work there asked me to pay the consultation fee first. I was under the impression that consultations are most free, but I was wrong. I paid the fee and the outcome of the consultation was more fees upon fees before I can even start the process of building my case. I was thoroughly disappointed by the attorney who told me that your case is very hard and I would have to leave the country and wait 10 years before I could get in. I immediately started looking for another attorney and a year later I obtain my green card and now I'm starting to go back to school to study law (specifically in immigration laws). Dear sir/madam What you did to me was so very discouraging and immoral, but I also want to thank you for such motivation as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM at all.

I have had the worst experience with this lawyer, this is no way all these reviews are real.(This lawyer is online marketer) there’s something very fishy about those reviews. This lawyer will take your money and will never talk to you again, and he will hand your your case to a immature lawyer in Different states, you call ask about him you want talk to him, they will tell you he has one week to respond to you ONE WEEK, and you will never hear from him. Total scam.

Great attorney. Hired her to prepare my DVRO paperwork. My DVRO was granted at the first court hearing. I recommend this attorney even if you can only afford document preparation or consultation.

I used Ranchod law group for consultation regarding waiver. I was not happy with the information I received from Mr. Kaushik. I felt like he is a good marketer with highly selective in case and Little mastery in complicated case. He advised us something and later he called and correct himself. He is very expensive charged me around $500 for an hour consultation. Not worth paying that much to him. After talking to him I felt like he is not care about my case because there was not any extreme hardship in my case. He is very selective in his case so that he can succeeds and market him self in every social media platform. If you believe you have complex case and not have enough extreme hardship I won’t recommend you to go to him. Don’t waste your money. There are many good lawyers who can give you consultation for free and they will guide you right advise. Don’t fall in trap of big brand and marketing.
