Don’t let this guy fool you to pay $385 consultation fee for only less than 10 mins conversation. I got fooled by his YouTube videos and some of his fake reviews. I was looking for an experience and knowledgeable immigration lawyer for my husband I-601 case for the last step RFE. I’ve already filed the I-601 on my own, but only needed the support package letter to complete the case and for my husband to return home. I came upon this guy on Google. I thought he had what it takes to get this job done, but I was dead wrong. Not only the consultation was a complete ripoff, during our conversation he was short, confused, and incompetent. He got the wrong case to start with. Then he acted as he has no experience on I-601 waiver process. He shown a big hesitation and told me there’s only 50/50 chances he can make it happen. The fee tag was $10,000 up front without installment. You see what’s wrong with this? He wants my money no matter what without any guarantee that my husband’s case will be a success. What a disappointment! Do yourself a favor hire someone else who actually care about your case. I hired an amazing top notch Sr. Immigration that specializes in I-601 & I-601A Waivers, Heather Garvock from Ellis Porter Immigration Firm. Heather is truly amazing! She was understanding, kind & extremely knowledgeable in her work. Someone I can trust with all of my heart from our first consultation. Her and her team processed the case within 3 weeks. USCiS already approved the case after 3 weeks and within 3 months my husband came home. Oh and the consultation was FREE! They also have payment plans. Save yourself money and time to hire Heather Garvock. She got solid 5 stars reviews all across Google and internet.
