I was being cheated out of my own money from my employer, I didn’t know what steps I needed to take in order for me to regain my hard earned funds, so I took about 15 minutes out of my day & posted the just of my situation on AVVO’s website. Gary Basham was the first employment attorney to reply to my thread, he explained in-depth detail of the laws my employer had broken & my naturalized rights I was entitled to as a w2 contracted employee. He also sent me his contact information & provided me with a free consultation to go over every single fact of the case. There after, this great man picked my case up on a contingency plan & no money out of my pocket. 5 months later, my employer settled the case in my favor. After a year of working with Gary my case was finally settled. Throughout the whole process he kept me informed of everything going on. I listened to what he told me, I applied what he told me, and in the end, we went to court, plead our case without fighting dirty, and I walked away a proud father with majority custody. This man really knows what he's doing and he genuinely cares about his clients. With Mr. Ambrose, it's not just about winning the case. it's about learning along the way so you don't have to keep coming back. But if you do, he will fight for you with both knowledge and experience. If you do your part, he will do his, and you will not be disappointed. That's a promise!

I engaged Mark to guide me through a spousal support issue. Right from the start Mark laid everything out; how he runs his cases, what things might cost, that he will give you honest information and asks if you are willing to do what must be done. After reading the reviews by others, there was no question about giving Basham law group a call for a consultation. I met with Gary Basham a few days later. Unsure how, or if I wanted to go through with the lawsuit. Mr. Basham answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. Gary made me feel comfortable the whole way through. He made himself available at all times possible between court. There was no pressure at all during the entire process. I never imagined I'd be on either side of a lawsuit.
