We're a tech startup in the Bay Area hoping to launch soon. Matthew has been instrumental in helping us prepare all the legal paperwork and negotiate certain contracts. Additionally, when we needed legal work that Matt was unfamiliar with, he was able to bring in another attorney who was just as professional as him.

I was referred to Matt by my nephew who went to law school with him. He was professional, polite, and an overall joy to hire. He helped me and my partner negotiate and prepare our operating agreement for our new LLC. His invoices were extremely detailed, and I never had any issues with billing. We will be calling Matt for future business needs.

I'll be honest - when I first met Mr. Chapin, I was discouraged by his young age. However, I've had several poor experiences with old "experienced" attorneys, so I held my tongue. I've gotta admit, Mr. Chapin is an old soul! One of the best experiences I've had to date with an attorney. And his "young age" equated to him being quite tech-savvy! I've never had an attorney respond to all my emails so consistently. I'd give more than 5-stars if I could.
