Worse immigration lawyer ever! On top of that to fool and lie to his clients and potential new clients, Ranchod will respond to all reviews he doesn’t like or agree with and say “you have never been our client” or “this is a spam message.” Don’t fall for this, he is trying to cover his tracks by all the deception he has done to his clients so new potential clients won’t be scared. RUN AND FIND A DIFFERENT LAWYER. Ranchod put my family through hell for 2 1/2 years promising to get my brothers wife over here. My brother would try calling Ranchod so many times in front of me only for it to not be picked up or go to voicemail. My brother begged Ranchod to help him when he was able to get ahold of him and Ranchod never fulfilled any commitments he ever made. Ranchod demanded full payment first before anything can be done. Once full payment was made, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of him. We always had to speak with his staff who told us he will return our call which he rarely ever did only if we got lucky. After months and months we maybe got a hold of Ranchod once and he always had an excuse. Mind you this is after we have paid him in full for his services. AFTER THAT HE BLOCKED OUR NUMBER. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!! This has to be illegal in so many ways. This guy and his company is a joke and a fraud. We found a much better immigration lawyer that was able to get my brothers wife over here and this new lawyer always answered his phone unlike Ranchod. DO NOT USE RANCHOD LAW GROUP, only do so if you want all of your money taken and no help in return and to have RANCHOD BLOCK YOUR NUMBER AFTER YOU HAVE PAID HIM. I CANT BELIEVE SOMEONE THIS HIGH IN A PROFESSION COULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS. No lawyer I have ever used has done something like this. Ranchod is only interested in your money, not what you need done. Ranchod will be hearing from us as we will be making complaints to the State Bar of California as advised to us so he and his company can be investigated for the fraudulent work that they do by stealing clients money, not doing the job that there paid for and then blocking our number.

My husband and I had a terrible experience dealing with this immigration lawyer. He squandered three years of our lives and then blocked my husband’s number in response. Even if we requested an appointment, it is difficult to schedule one. He is an immigrant attorney with no time for his own clients. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE IS A 4.4 STAR ATTORNEY ON GOOGLE REVIEWS, MOST OF THESE REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE.

Many delays, lack of communication.

Worse unprofessional immigration lawyer , they were nice untill payment was made in full , they said they will not file our paperwork till the whole payment was made, we were promised that it will take less than 6 months , Then it was impossible to get hold of any staff member. Our paperwork was filled in mid 2019 , it took them 2-3 weeks to answer any calls or questions. Kaushik Ranchod was never available. It was always their staff was sick or off . Then they finally called in April 2021 & said my phone was disconnected, I couldn’t believe they can lie to this extent . I have the same phone number for 20 + years . How were they able yo call me then ? Luckily found a good lawyer who was able to help us .

These people will make you sign a contract and make it sound like they will give you great legal representation, my experience was a NIGHTMARE. ANYTIME I HAD A QUESTION IT WOULD TAKE WEEKS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THE LEGAL AID. If I wanted to talk to a lawyer would have to make a appointment and again wait for weeks. communication was horrible. AFTER MY K-1 VISA WAS DENIED THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER WITH NO RESPONSE FOR THE DENIAL. PICK ANY IMMIGRATION LAWYER BUT RANCHOD HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS AT ALL

First Ranchod helped me to get my Green Card, that a A-plus. It only took me less than 1 month to get my SSN, and work permit, less than months to get my Green Card. Now they helped me to get my full CITIZENSHIP which I am so grateful for. The employees were so friendly and helpful, the gal who helped me Xenia was amazing in her knowledge and counsel. I will recommend Ranchod Law Group to anyone who is trying to get a legal status in the USA to contact Ranchod Law Group.

This is the worst immigration law firm! I called so many times to get a status of my case over the course of 7 years and no one ever returned my call. They finally gave me a call back and told me that the paralegal who worked on my case was no longer with the firm, they couldn't find any of my documentation and provided me USCIS contact information. When contacting USCIS, they told me that my case was denied over a year ago! This was a complete waste of time. I may just file a BAR complaint because this place is a scam! All they do is take your money, and never call you back. Save your time, and money and go somewhere else.
