My name is Janet Cervantes, I hired The Ranchod Law Group to help me with my VAWA case. This has been one of the best decisions that I have ever taken. My friends recommended me this Attorney for his great service and how professional he is, they were so right about it. Since my initial call, the receptions have been so kind and helpful. When I had my initial appointment, the legal team were very friendly and explained the whole process for me. This was a very stressful case, but I was assigned to Brian Guzman, who is a very good Paralegal and I did not stressed anymore. He has been always there for me answering all my questions and following up with me. I am very happy with the Attorney Kaushik and all the team. I recommend them a hundred percent!!

I saw the this law firm in you tube. I really enjoy the information provided, he sounds really experience. I then look at their website and they have 15 years of experience. I'm very impressed with this law firm. I called their phone # and they were so nice anwsering with "it's an awesome day today." The lady was so cheerful and happy, she was genuinely headinh me out and listening to my problem. I felt like they really cared. She offered me a free consultation, to review my options and start up at their law firm. I now that this will be a great relationship. Horrible experience. Constant delays in my wife's immigration process over simple things such as: 1) Law group forgetting signatures on documents and having me come in on weekends. 2) Not responding to emails or contacts for more than a week. 3)Law group forgetting to submit certain documents I had already submitted to them prior. Generally don't seem concerned and give excuses. I understand if there are delays from the Visa offices themselves, however the delays we faced were due to carelessness from the attorney's side. Also. Never once did i actually get to meet my lawyer in person. They gave a consultation in person with another lawyer and I never heard from her again. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. The only good thing about this place was the cheesecake they sent me to apologize for forgetting to file the correct documents. Hence the one star.

We interviewed several other firms before choosing Ranchod Law and our attorney Kaushik. We found Kaushik to be extremely knowledgeable about all of the current Immigration laws, statutes and required documentation. He provided kind and professional services and was available to answer questions whenever we needed him. He truly helped us through this arduous process in the most professional and kind manner. I am writing this letter to praise the Ranchod Law group and particularly Melissa Oklan. She is truly a great lawyer and professional. But more importantly, she is a wonderful fantastic human being. She is so supportive and responsive. My J1 visa waiver case is under review. But i was so impressed by the team. I know that I will always hire Ms. Oklan and Ranchod group as my lawyers because I know she bled and worked hard on this case as much as I did, if not more. She always goes the extra mile and I know she worked weekends for my case and that is time from her family. I do not take that lightly. I work in a demanding profession that requires sacrifice, and I know Melissa is sacrificing too in service for me and others. This commitment is wonderful, and I just did not want to go unnoticed. The group and especially Melissa treated me like she treats family and for that, I am in debt to her.
