I called The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith yesterday because of legal matter we needed help with urgently. CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges from our landlord that where very high and they came as a surprise. I was able to call his office yesterday and was booked for an appointment for today! His staff was very helpful! The process was very organized and smooth. Not only did I have my appointment right away, but James went the extra mile in ensuring I understood our tenant rights and came up with a strategy to help us out legally. I now feel more confident in our decision of going through our next lease carefully. We will hire him again prior to any lease we sign to make sure our financial interests are protected. I would highly recommend him to any business as well!

I paid over $4,000 in Aug 21, 2023 when I signed the agreement for services. There was no communication at all. For 3 months, I didn't know anything. On November 2023, I found out that my tenants were moving out. I went to the attorney's office and his legal assistant was writing the letter to notify my tenants that they needed to move out. My tenants left without the attorney's intervention. One month after my tenants moved out, I received a message from the attorney's office. It was December 18, 2023, they were asking for $1,600 to replenish the retainer which was $3,500. I called his office and told the receptionist that I will not paid anything else, and I wanted them to close my file because my tenants already moved out. Then, I received another message saying "Sorry for the lack of communication. There is currently $80 owing." They never provided an invoice showing how they spent my money. I work with 3 different attorney-firms, they send me a monthly invoice explaining how they are spending my money. I showed the original message to another attorney that is helping me with a different matter. I was told that the way the message is written, there was money left in my account which it should be reimbursed, if my tenants were already out! Anyway, at the beginning, I really thought, I could have him assist me with my business; unfortunately, I have to seek assistance somewhere else!

I was looking for a good lawyer in the area and I came across James' reviews, some of which made me hesitate but I decided to call the office that day on the first attempt. They answered my call on the first attempt. When I was at their office, I arrived a little late, however, they attended to me quickly. the process of the case some things I would have liked to be different in that way to have greater peace of mind attention from your employees however I feel that they are aspects that everything can be improved I cannot be dissatisfied with the result of the case but I would have liked it some things were different I recommend the lawyer
