Professional, very knowledgable and very customer oriented attorney

Jennifer completed a full estate plan for my wife and me after we relocated to California from Washington State. Jennifer was thorough, thoughtful, compassionate, and quick to reply to all of our many questions. We are so relieved to now have a complete estate plan in place that conforms to complicated California law. I can't recommend her and her team enough, they were wonderful.

Jennifer helped our family when our father, who has dementia, was being mistreated by the hospital. The hospital staff would not allow any of the family to intervene or even access his patient records without a conservatorship in place. Jenna understood the urgency of the matter and put together the documents literally overnight. It still took a bit of time to get everything in place with the court, but Jenna kept us apprised of the process every step of the way. We can't thank her and her staff enough for their quick, compassionate assistance with what was a nightmare situation for our family.

I am so disappointed in Ms. Campbell and her office to the point that I have filed a formal complaint with the California State Bar Association. We are several years into trying to settle a probate and her office has failed to respond to multiple telephone calls and emails. We are so frustrated and emotionally exhausted and just want to be able to move on. Losing a loved one is hard enough, we should not have to endure whatever Ms. Campbell has going on in her personal life that makes it impossible for her to settle what she was hired to do.

As Trustee of my mother's estate, Marla represented me in a very ugly family dispute that went from litigation to mediation. She fought for my mother's rights and wishes, was very caring, knowledgable and professional. Mediation resulted in my favor, and I was able to honor my mother's last wishes. After mediation, Marla counseled me through the stressful sale of a property that included some petty actions of opposing parties. Marla consulted with the realtor and opposing counsel to resolved an expense issue and reviewed final closing documents to make sure my interests were protected. The staff that works with her was great as well, always professional and courteous. I hold Marla in the highest regard, and if needed I would not hesitate to seek her counsel again.

Marla represented us in a suit for assets in a trust of a deceased relative. Marla demonstrated that she was bright and knowledgeable about law and provided sound advice. She was always available to answer our questions and got back to us promptly. She always stayed on point and did not let feelings enter into sound judgement.
