As Trustee of my mother's estate, Marla represented me in a very ugly family dispute that went from litigation to mediation. She fought for my mother's rights and wishes, was very caring, knowledgable and professional. Mediation resulted in my favor, and I was able to honor my mother's last wishes. Marla returned my calls and emails in a timely manner and answered all my questions thoroughly. After mediation, Marla counseled me through the stressful sale of a property that included some petty actions of opposing parties. Marla consulted with the realtor and opposing counsel to resolved an expense issue and reviewed final closing documents to make sure my interests were protected.
