Sandra which is bilingual was very communicative when it came to my case. If I called her she was always available to speak with me. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service provided. My case was closed in 8 months. I didn’t feel pressured to accept an offer and I felt that they had my best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend!

I would not recommend this law firm as I feel like my case was not taken seriously and they treat you like a number. I had Jeanine as my lawyer and she did not do a good job of getting the number I wanted and had a lack of communication, I also felt like she had a lack of effort and I had to do most of my reaching out to her. I thought I was going to have Roy rang as my lawyer because I talked to him in the beginning of my case and switched without telling me. I will say the staff was good and very helpful with getting back to me and helping get in contact with my lawyer. I wish I did not go with this firm in the beginning where I could have gotten a better deal with a different firm.

About 3 years ago I was injured at my job. The company gave me the runaround, sending me to Doctors who gave me little care, only interested in sending me back to work still injured. After becoming frustrated with confusing reports and any improvement, I contacted Roy Yangs office. They were friendly, concerned, and quickly got me to great Doctors and therapy. My situation changed overnight, my injuries were taken care of and the legal issues taken over by the firm. Today, I've improved considerably and can resume living my life as best I can considering the injuries sustained. I really don't believe I'd be this improved without Roy Yang having gotten me the care I needed. Roy taking over the legal maneuvering was key in my recovery. Dealing with the complexities of Workmans Comp is extremely confusing, and Roy Yangs office completely took control letting me concentrate on my health and improvement. I highly recommend this Workcomp law firm, and particularly Roy Yang.

They were very transparent and professional did a great job with with my case.

Like some of the others I wish there were zero rating!! I am currently being represented by this form and will be seeking other representation due to their lack of communication. I have called and left several messages and not received return phone calls. My case has been prolonged due to their negligence!! Not deserving of the one star!!

I honestly wish I could give zero stars for this review because this law firm does not deserve any stars whatsoever. This was the most disappointing choice I have ever made when it comes to getting representation for a Worker’s Compensation case that I was involved in this company has no idea what they’re doing, they have the worst communication skills I have ever come across in all my years they are very unorganized, and they seem very uneducated. This firm could never get on the same page with my doctors or Worker’s Compensation not even with the defense no one ever had my paperwork right no one ever had all the same information, and my doctors were always guessing what was going on. This law firm completely dropped the ball, and that’s why I had to terminate my case with them and seek representation elsewhere. The lawyer handling my case, was extremely timid and afraid of the defense telling me that she was not confident that they could get, any good settlement which is not true after I left this firm and hired a new one that I am extremely happy with. I would not suggest this firm for anything at all. No legal needs. No legal consultation, Absolutely nothing. This was the biggest disappointment I have ever had in my entire life when it comes to legal representation, it was so bad that I wish I could go back in time and never reach out to them. Obviously not everyone is going to have the same experience but since I have dealt with many law firms in the past, I do believe I have enough experience and knowledge to say that this firm is definitely not worth anybody’s time. And I almost forgot I could not believe when this law firm reached out to me, and said that they are seeking compensation for their time you don’t deserve any compensation at all, after I had to terminate your services because of lack of communication and you had absolutely no idea what you were doing. Everything in my case was completely screwed up all because of your firm but yet for some reason you believe that you deserve compensation, I will absolutely do everything in my power to make sure that you don’t get a dollar from any money that I receive from my case.
