I had a consultation with attorney Thanh Foxx for a contentious and high conflict custody case of mine. The day of my consultation the attorney was extremely busy due to an attorney being in the hospital and her being the only attorney available, as I was pressed for time I was skeptical and felt hurried. However, once the attorney was settled in and we had a quick meeting she explained the situation and gave me her undivided attention and even offered me a refund of the consultation fee, which I declined but the offer was appreciated. She did a quick review of the documents I had brought and offered to do the consultation the next day, I advised it'd be better if we did a Zoom consultation due to my work schedule. The next day the attorney called me promptly, was extremely attentive, professional and courteous. She had reviewed all my documents (which was a lot) and provided some great advice and suggestions. Although she could not take my case on due to a scheduling conflict, she went above and beyond, offering me good sound legal advice and suggestions to improve my chances of getting the results I desired such as 50/50 physical custody split. The attorney even provided me with a list of other attorneys she felt were strong advocates for their clients and who could represent me the best. Although Thanh Foxx could not represent me on this case, I would definitely seek to retain her in the future; and advise anyone else who is looking for a phenomenal attorney that is driven, competent, confident, client focused and hardworking who advocates relentlessly for their clients, to give than Thanh Foxx a call. She's one of the best in the Sacramento area.

I did a consultation with Jason, Robert and Thanh in Feb 2021 after I submitted a petition for a restraining order. During this meeting, it was suggested they could draft a no contact order, a quicker option that would keep me out of court. I was quoted a set fee for this service. After reviewing the details of my case, they expressed genuine concern over my safety and felt a no contact order wouldn't be enough; they recommended going to trial. My heart sank thinking of all the money this would cost me, but the price they initially quoted did not change. It was still a set fee, from start to finish, no matter how long it took to get to the final judgement. They could have easily gone the route of drafting the no contact order, which would have saved time and effort on their part. Instead, they guided me through drafting a supplemental declaration, witness statements, collecting evidence, serving documents on the other party, multiple trial preps, multiple continuances and the trial. And through it all, they were professional, diligent, and responsive. Anyone in need of legal services is probably not at a great point in their life, and I had major doubts in taking on this huge endeavor. But having a legal team with decades of experience gave me the confidence to fight for my safety. They took their time preparing me for trial, recommended home surveillance systems, and helped relieve my stress while waiting to be called for court by telling jokes and stories. It honestly felt like spending an afternoon with good friends, and though I hope to never be in a situation that requires their services again, I know their office will be the first call I make if I do. Thank you for helping me close such a dark chapter in my life, I will be forever grateful.

I cannot even begin to say enough good about Attorney Thanh Foxx. From the moment I hired her I felt like there was finally someone on my side who could guide me properly through the child custody process. After many years of going through it with no attorney, by the time I made it to her office I was confused, unnerved, and for a lack of better word, desperate. She was able to keep me grounded and focused on what was important, my children. She was with me every step of the way. No matter how big or small my questions or concerns were she never made me feel anything other than supported.
