She pinpointed important details to fix in our application and also suggested us to make and print out a list of certain facts. She explained in great deail lots of the interview questions, and her sense of humor on the phone call really brighteh our day. After the phone call I felt very confident for the interview. The day before the interview, when I was stressing out about a file that I didn´t get on time by my mistake, our case manager Marco kindly called me to assure me that everything was ok, that we could submit it later. I felt much better after his call. On the day of the interview, we met Denny outside of the USCIS building for the first time. He knew every single thing about our case and helped us to explain many things to the immigration officer. He went above and beyond. I just want to share that I had an outstanding experience as a customer with this office. All members of this office was professional and very responsive. Michael worked on a very difficult case for my niece and he was able to effectively communicate with the US embassy oversees and get my niece’s case resolved. My niece is now in a better place (USA) and safe!! I highly recommend this law office.
