This was my first time ever being involved with a law office and I'll admit I was blown away with the experience from start to finish. Ali was extremely easy to talk to from the moment he took the time to provide me with a 30 minute consultation. Through our final phone conversation, Ali always seemed eager to help, assure, and listen each and every time we spoke. I truly appreciated how caring, professional and dedicated Ali and his staff have been. Sara was a pleasure to work with and made it very easy to get her the information she needed. When one thinks of Divorce it is seen as Taboo and such a intimidating process. This will at times leaves individuals fearful and unable to move forward with the process. Well not in this case. I searched for months before I actually made the move to begin contacting Lawyers who would be able to handle my situation. When I located Ali, I was pleased by his prompt response and cheerful voice. He was up front, clear and honest about the process and the fees. This was one of the hardest things in my life to do but Ali made this process seamless. From the time of payment up until the very end was only 6-7 months! I would give him 10 stars if I could! He was always available by email and phone 24/7. At times I felt like I was harassing him as I was new to this process but he never made me feel uncomfortable. I did my homework and decided Paul would be the best choice for me. I have NO regrets! I had many questions along the way and Paul answered everyone of them, if I emailed him (which I did ALL the time) he always responded, if I called he always called me back. He was professional and informative, not to mention kind. He has a natural confident manner about him which puts one at ease. I cannot say enough good things about this man. I have been around lawyers most of my life but this was my first experience personally needing a lawyer for a Civil Dispute. I had a matter that I wanted to deal with as quickly as possible but I was also unable to take time off in the middle of the day to go to any of the other offices I contacted via random google searches. Through a bar association referral service I was entitled to 3 consultations. My first and only was with Ali Yousefi. He reached out to me in lightening speed and let me use my full 30 minutes as I vented and panicked and picked his brain about options. His rates were perfectly with in the range the other firms had quoted and he was able to conduct the case via text, email, and phone due to my work situation. Mr. Yousefi responded to all my emails and phone calls in more than a timely fashion. I would say he was readily available even on weekends and always quick to respond. More than anything else he was a great comfort and calming voice in a very tumultuous time. He was always very sensible and ready to collaboratively talk through some of the very weird and unusual aspects of my case. I never felt like my case was unimportant even though it was probably fairly minor as these things go. The potential for my case to have stretched out for 3 or more months was a very real possibility and I never could have done it with a lawyer that I didn't believe in, trust and have a rapport with. I truly can say that he made this really bizarre and awful situation better by being in my corner. I would hope to never need his services again but if I do I will be 100% confident in his services.
