We went to his office hoping that we will get help. Holidays passed, he never responded to all our documents sent to him. He is horrible lawyer.

My only wish is that I could leave a lower rating. I spent $500 on his investigation of my case. After spending months researching my case, I failed the stress test. He filled out the stress test incorrectly. When I pointed out his mistake he ghosted me. Save your time and money and find another attorney.

Mr. Bains was referred to us by a friend, so we had some sense of his work dealing with Bankruptcy. He understood our situation and provided us with the best solution. Mr. Bains and his staff replied to our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. We always felt we were in good hands and would definitely be comfortable referring him to others.
