The roof on my garage leaked and after consulting with three different companies, I hired a roofer to fix the problem by reroofing. However, the new roof leaked in the same manner as the old roof and the roofer was unwilling to take responsibility for the problem. Mr. Gavin was able to secure a new sound roof for me as well as costs for water damage to the inside of the garage. I was extremely pleased with the outcome.
