Mark is a competent and great attorney. He takes time with his clients and goes above and beyond preparing the case, following up with it and informing of all the updates that come along. But not only that. He is a trustworthy, honest and reliable person. He will take your problem as his own and will treat it accordingly. There's no blindness or confussion going through this process with Mark. You can literally call him anytime with questions/concerns and he will be happy to answer. It’s tough to talk about it publicly, but I was referred to Mark by my family attorney and to be honest, he’s not what I expected. He’s definitely not too busy to talk to me, takes all my calls, (even after hours); responds to my texts, (like at 9:39pm on a Tuesday) and he’s up front and frank with me. All that right there... is hard to find, even from most attorneys, even my own family attorney I’ve known 20 years. So I had purchased several company trucks for a business I own. But after an employee totaled one and can’t drive for a year, the other I drive, but it’s a stick and my Doctor advised against driving it since I tore my left ACL for the 2nd time in 2 years. I also had another personal truck worth $46k on the side I barely drove. Other than those vehicles debts, I didn’t really have any credit card debt, I had an excellent credit score; and I just wanted to resolve all these brand new trucks payments I had. It was a little bit of a headache, (probably more for me than him), but he was able to get my issues resolved without bankruptcy. The main issue I had was I made too much money to go Bankrupt quietly and because I own my own company keeping all my business assets was essential. It did cost me a pretty penny; and bankruptcy would’ve been a lot easier, but he showed me a way out, where in the long run I’ll save the money I lost, and break out even or better. And most of all, a lot of the things he showed me, are self explanatory and not necessarily something I need to hear from an attorney, but made the time to tell me anyway. Thank you Mark. Coming from a small business owner, my dreams won’t stay small now.

I hired Mark Shmorgon for a chapter 7 bankruptcy in May 2018. This is now August 2018 and with Mark handling my case everything went perfectly and I have already received the final papers. I highly recommend this brilliant attorney to take care of any of your debt problems.

Mark not only handled our case but he fixed a mess we were in with a previous attorney we mistankingly hired to begin with (They had no idea what they were doing). He is very reliable, answers the phone and answers any questions any time. He explains things and doesn't get impatient. I can't say enough good things about this guy. Mark saved me big-time

Mark filled our Bankruptcy in 2011 , this is the year we should be coming out of it (2016) BUT, We have just found out the our paper work wasn't filled correctly and we are deeper in debt than when we start. I will rewrite this review if this is resolved and we end up being in a place we planned when we hire and paid for his services.
