Mr. Pernik is a Great Attorney and a Great Friend. I highly recommend him.

You often hear a lot of horrible comments and experiences from people about Attorneys that promise outcomes or take money away and do nothing. I must say Mr. William Pernik is an exemplary exception to this rule. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Pernik and his professionalism as an attorney and his compassion for his client's rights. He is an example of what an attorney should be. Mr. Pernik has very high standards when looking into a case. He tries to find all the options available with the best outcome. He also is very honest and empathetic towards his client's situation. He will do whatever it takes to make sure a client has the fairest and most just outcome when being represented. I referred him to a family friend and what could have possibly been a felony and misdemeanor turned out dismissed. If you are looking for an attorney that is sharp and can think outside the box then this is the man you want on your side. He was amazing when handling my friend's case and I can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for his exceptional skills as an attorney. I agree attorney's can be expensive and he seems fair in his prices. If you don't have the funds, he works with an individual's financial situation. When first looking for an Attorney, the reason I chose Mr. Pernik was because he has many qualities that I felt were important. Not only did he graduate cum laude because of his excellent grades, in many of his cases he has successfully obtained a number of acquittals and dismissals. He also is a recipient of the Cali awards which is earned only by law students with excellent achievements in their studies as determined by their professors. He has a lot of experience handling difficult and complex cases which he was successful in. I can go on and on but I truly feel that if you need an excellent attorney you should definitely contact Mr. Pernik. I know that from my experience that if I ever know someone with a problem that requires an attorney, I will refer them to this man. Thank you William for all your help!

I've been a client of Law Offices of William Pernik for a few years now. I've been seeking legal counsel on many situations, some of which had to do with selling of various goods nationwide, some related to cannabis, and others with best course of action to be taken to avoid legal trouble. His law firm gave me excellent advice every time. While I hope it will never come to this, I rest easy knowing I have access to a knowledgeable attorney in case I get into serious legal trouble.

I walked into Williams office in the grips of a severe manic episode that led to 2 arrests in 3 days. I had never been arrested before and had never been manic before and William and his staff were god sends. They treated me like a friend from the moment I walked in, unshaven, dirty and and mentally unstable. Aside from how they treated me, which was extremely important to me at the time, William immediately recognized my condition and began planning a case to get me a mental health diversion, based on a law that had only passed 2 months earlier in CA. He spent countless hours on the phone with my wife in UT and kept tabs on my whereabouts while my dad and brother flew from UT to take me home. William took care of everything for almost a year, jumping through the hoops until the day I had to come to court. Seeing him again was like seeing an old friend. And he prepared us for court as if we were old friends. He was/is always engaged when it's my time with him. The diversion was granted, only the second of the court, and I'm able to not have my first and only arrest follow me the rest of my life. I still come to CA to check-in with the court and he and his staff are always as kind and professional as they were the first day. I'm incredibly grateful he's the lawyer I found. I really don't know what would have happened otherwise and I can't say enough about the level of service.

William’s integrity speaks volumes. He has the patience of a saint and a heart of gold. He was very perceptive and identified the root of my issue. He helped me navigate the legal system and get a favorable outcome. He gave me clear instructions of the steps I needed to take and was very direct, but kind “you will have to do your part.” I took his words and advice to heart. The first year of the program William helped me get access to, I was not a nice client, and I honestly don’t know anyone who would’ve put up with me, but he kept his word. I am so grateful bc heeding his advice turned my life around. I didn’t take the easy route, William showed me a noble route. I could go on and on, but really I feel so fortunate to have found him, and had his support. His legal advice comes from a place of compassion for the individual and a genuine concern for the greater good of society. More than shepherd me through the legal system, he gave me access to the support I needed to turn my life around.

William Pernik is hands down the best Lawyer!! He took care of my high profile case very professionally and FAST!!! I worked with other lawyers before him who further hurt my case (They rather get along with the D.A -pay attention to that- he wanted me to take 15 years ) Then I found a lawyer who cared about my case and had the best intentions but was Incompetent in my opinion. He had 10+ years of experience but unfortunately the D.A mopped the court floors with him. And right when I felt like nothing or no one was going to change my situation, someone recommended Mr.Pernik. I was very discouraged by the time I found him because I had spent a ridiculous amount of money and time going from lawyer to lawyer and honestly even though talking with him was comforting it wasn’t till’ I saw him in action that I realized he is not your average Lawyer!! If I can describe Pernik in court - I would say he is The strongest presence in the room, very intelligent, professional, but passionate ! I can’t describe the passion but It felt as he was fighting his own case and I just sat there and watched. Just In the first appearance alone he did more for me than the 4 incompetent useless expensive for nothing lawyers I had before him. After a few months with my case the D.A suddenly decided to give me better deals lol from 9 years to 7 years to 5 years which is what I took. with my good time work time credit I only had a month or two left to serve, I spent 3 months in Prision and was released ❤️❤️( 2 years and 6 months in without Pernik and 6 more months after I hired him) I had a baby waiting for me at home and I can’t explain the happiness and peace that was returned to me the day I was finally Free!!! I have stayed out of jail since. This case started in 2015 and I hired Pernik in 2017 and I got out months later in 2018!!! Thanks to Pernik and God I was given the opportunity to raise my child and I owe it all to them. I want to add that I will never forget when Gang task tried to say the worst about me during my preliminary, William shot up like a spring and objected so many times the guy on the stand forgot what he was saying haha. He also slammed his hand a few times on the desk while in court and did not let himself against anyone not even the judge and specially not the D.A. Everyone wanted to hire him after showing up In court for me. There is not many Lawyers like him! After hiring William ( and after all his efforts) the Jude started looking at me different I can tell she was beginning to feel empathy for me and over all she showed a certain level of respect to William, almost as if she believed that he was fighting so hard for me because I truly deserved the break, however I wasn’t the best citizen I’ll admit that. I was asking to get put in jail :( Pernik is by far the best Lawyer I know till’ this day, if I ever need representation (god willing I don’t lol ) I’m RUNNING to Pernik. I wished we had more Lawyers like Pernik in this world. Those that still want the best for their client and not just their money. I’m so thankful to have found him. He Changed my entire life. I can’t ever thank him enough !!!! Never ever, he did so much went out of his way to get things done, he’s just amazing at what he does. Not even the money I payed him is enough ! Best Best Lawyer and I’m not just saying that. P.S I had Co-Defendants and their lawyers ruined their life, we are in communication till this day and they regret choosing those useless lawyers they got 25 years each! They lawyers were so unprepared and conducted very poor investigations even though they had been paid well. It’s so sad that a choice like that can determine the rest of ur life. One of those guys is the father of my daughter, and even though he didn’t run the same luck as me, we are thankful to Pernik for helping us bring one of us home for my daughter ( he obviously couldn’t represent both of us- conflict of interest ) Gosh I’m crying so much by now. But yes that’s my review sorry it’s so long. One of the toughest things I’ve been through in my entire life.
