Mr. Dozier is an exceptional professional. He really cares about his clients. When I was looking for a lawyer for my son's case, I had given up after so many attempts. The lawyers only wanted money, so I decided not to hire a lawyer, because I couldn't afford to pay for everything. So, when I was doing some research, we found Mr. Dozier's firm. At that moment, I was worried about everything. I didn't trust lawyers, the justice system, or anyone, because I ran the risk of losing everything, the case, and the little I had. Mr. Dozier agreed to take on my son's case and charged the price I could afford. Conclusion: my son's case was concluded exactly as he promised us. Mr. Dozier was an excellent professional and a human being of good character. He may not know it, but he really made a difference in my life and my son's, and we will be forever grateful. I’m Michael Buczyna I was recently charged with a DUI and I decided to offer a plea deal on my own and the judge strongly advised me to seek legal advice, I called 9 different attorneys/ lawyers and none of them were willing to work with me on what I wanted to plead including Thelander Law but he was the only one of the 9 that was honest with me. All of them told me basically that they wanted to fully fight the case when all I was trying to do was accept harsher sentencinging in return to keep my class A and class c driver license in order to keep my job and employee housing in luo of accepting harsher sentencing which from what I researched is known as the Hellman dollar Plea Deal. Thelander law told me that with my BAC content charge it was more than likely to lose and to accept my fate when all the others told me they would take my money and basically still lose. My next court date is March 29th and I am representing myself and I will let you all know how the outcome is.
