Got busted for something i didnt do and fixed it

James has help me numerous times not only for myself, my family, and also close friends. He has not lost a case for my family, in fact James has exceeded in what he stated he would be able to do. In other words he went above and beyond expectations!!! Trust his council and follow his expert advice during the process, by doing this, it is a lot less scary and stressful for you and less he has to fix along the way. He is a SCAM ! He just took my money when I was charged. I blindly trusted in his words. He knew my case wasn't going to be a state case, he knew it was going to be a federal case and he still took my money knowing he wasn't going to do anything for me. I had court twice in state and he never showed up he would send his assistant. After my case was handed over to federal court I asked for my money back or at least half and he refused. It's sad that I desperately wanted help and he took advantage of my situation knowing I have a wife and three kids who I left by them selves. He promised to at least get back some of the money the took and some personal items but failed to deliver. Please do not go to this lawyer beware of him!

This lawyer is awful!! He does not care about anyone but him self. As he couldn’t help my husband in his case he promised to get him his belongings back. My husband even sent him paycheck stuff and all the necessary papers for his belongings and when I spoke with the district attorneys assistant she said he never gave them any paperwork. So he never got his belongings after we payed him 5,000 cash when he did nothing for him. Please BEWARE!!!!!
