I was facing five years probation, over $2000 in fines, a license suspension, a mandatory alcohol/drug education class, and the sheriff's work alternative program. Mr. Phillip Crawford got this down to a $220 fine with one year probation and no class, no points on my driving record, no work alternative. I'd say I'm very happy with his work for me.

While visiting Monterey in 1985, I was arrested for DUI. Due to a series of events, I was not able to attend my hearing and a bench warrant was issued. I have lived with this dark cloud of fear and guilt for 35 years. I finally decided to see what I needed to do to make things right. As I currently live over 2,000 miles away, I needed to find an attorney that I could truly rely on to help me long distance. I spoke to a few other attorneys, but they just didn't instill confidence. I was pulled over unjustly by a CHP officer in July of 2017 and charged with a DUI. I had never been in trouble with the law before and did not know who to turn to for help.
