Charles was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful about my issue from the moment I walked into his office. With his guidance and hard work we were able to navigate the matter smoothly. When i needed help on a Saturday afternoon he dropped what he was doing and met me where I needed to be. I can't imagine going with anyone else.

I was looking at 90 days in jail for violation of probation I was worry because I have come far to lose my job.
