I guess you can call my a high profile client because I’m a successful professional with a lot to lose if convicted of a criminal act that I was charged with 2 years ago. And I’m here to tell you that I have only wonderful things to say about criminal attorney, Michael Scafiddi. He is part counselor, part best-friend, part pastor, and 100% your defender. He will go to the ends of the world for you when he represents you. I met Mr. Scafiddi under one of the worst circumstances in my life about 2 years ago. He came highly recommended and was also rate highly on websites. I was going though a rough patch in my life and I ended up being in the wrong place at the wrong time, which led to me being arrested and charged with a crime, which I didn’t actually commit. I have been an upstanding citizen all my life and had never had anything in my record other than a speeding ticket. Bad things can happen to Even good people. The first time I called Michael, he picked up the phone right away. I explained my circumstances to him and he was empathetic and knowledgeable. He does not try to sell you, as did other lawyers I interviewed for my case. He immediately set up an appointment for me to go into his office to discuss the case further. In the waiting room of his office I was even more impressed with him as he had his credentials and accolades on the wall of his office. Michael knows everyone ( DAs, judges, lawyers, clerks, etc.) in the legal system in the county of San Bernardino. I also discovered that he was a cop before he became a lawyer. I think this is also big advantage and that’s probably why he is several moves ahead of the them. As I mentioned before, because I am a professional with a lot to lose if convicted, I asked him to help me get the charges dismissed. Against all odds, Michael fought for me for about two years but the DA would not budge. But he was able to get the charged reduced as much as possible. I am truly grateful to him and I highly recommend him to anyone who has gotten themselves into trouble.

Hired them to represent me in a false criminal allegation. They brought it down to as far as the DA was willing to go, without going to trial. Overall they're helpful, and willing to do payment plans after the initial deposit. The criminal justice system sucks overall. Everyone's guilty first, unless you got money to fight for you.

I was involved in a car accident where I faced serious injuries and Mr. Scafiddi and his associates helped me beyond measure. He is not only professional, but respectful of your time. Hands down the best lawyer around! My husband and I faced some serious issues that was not intended to go as far as it did. My husband was facing so hard time and we were so scared . We were not even going to hire a lawyer ! We happened to stop by as a recommendation from a lawyer my sis in law used in San Diego! Now mind you this was just a meeting. Now this is were it all begin! The minute We stepped in it was like we were treated like family we got all of our family members together when into a conference room and everybody was introduced the story was told him what happened to my husband and his incident and not one judgment was made by any of the lawyers are no different facial expressions and I know they practice that but the kindness of these people after hearing the story was just beyond amazing and I do believe people make mistakes and I know that they did to.
