I can sleep well tonight. A heavy load has been dropped. I can start tomorrow with a new confidence. Micheal and Anthony Scafiddi, Malalai Ramdan and Roderick Daly carried me through this past 2 years of uncertainty, while they doggedly worked to have a summons discharged for a traffic infraction that could have significantly impacted my ability to carry out my career duties. There are times when dealing with a company that information does not get shared, details and paperwork get lost, and you get the feeling that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Not so with Scafiddi Inc. Each of these lawyers I worked with, were informed and abreast of all the details in the case, and worked collaboratively to make sure I got the best representation possible. Always professional, supportive and communicative, they achieved the goal they set out for me, and the case was dismissed. I highly recommend this firm.

I hired Mike Scafiddi to represent me in 2011 due to a criminal charge in San Bernardino County. He had the case dismissed! The State of California did not complete their procedures and never closed it out. 12 years later, I’m getting hired by a big company which completed a criminal background check. This issue arose that compromised my employment. The State of California removed the records surrounding this dismissed case that resulted in a major problem. Mike and his team went above and beyond to remedy the situation! I got hired and all is well because of Mike. I can’t recommend Mike and his team of professionals enough.

Horrible, Horrendous, And unprofessional. You can't get a hold of anybody and nobody ever returns any calls how do you expect a Garner any Business if you dismiss every Liable worthwhile claim that contact you. I am autistic I have no filter this is 100% non-sugar coated truth.

Mike and his team are exceptional. They are in your corner every step of the legal process. Mike eased my anxiety about my whole mess with my first call. I'm definitely not proud to say, but I've had to call on Mike and his office on more than one occasion. That being said, the fact of the matter is that this law office has pulled me out of the fire more than once. The fees are reasonable and everything was clearly explained to me upfront. Even when there is some new lab work or investigation needed Mike and his office will let you know the pros and cons of the additional expenses. I should have written this review years ago so I apologize for the tardiness Mike, but hopefully its right on time to make someone else feel comfortable with calling or coming into your office for the help they need.
