I called their office when I didn’t know how to navigate or negotiate the legal system, as this was my first offense. Greg Kassel actually was supposed to be flying to San Francisco that day and delayed his trip until after making it to my court date where he spent a few minutes with me handling out good advice before having my case and charges reduced. Also his investigator Mr. Cox came to visit me after I retained them and was very kind and reassuring, did a great job working all possible angles of defense.
