I cannot say enough positive things about Sheldon Lee. First of all, he is extremely professional with a kind nature and genuine personality. He always took the time to listen to my concerns in dealing with a custody modification for my child. Unlike other attorneys, I never felt like I was wasting his time, or that he was trying to push me into making a quick decision. He was always there to answer my questions by e-mail, phone or in person. His response time was so fast (sometimes within minutes) that it made me feel like I was his most important client. I was blown away by this type of service. All of Sheldon's advice regarding the expected outcome of my case was accurate. He helped explain the law related to child custody and helped me to maintain confidence that my case would be decided in my favor (which it was). I live in Florida and hired Mr. Lee to represent me as the petitioner in a spousal support modification case filed in Riverside, CA. There is NO WAY I could have handled this situation without Mr. Lee’s experience, knowledge, and help. Although at one point the other party wanted to compel me to attend court dates in person (traveling cross-country and missing work), Mr. Lee made it so I could appear at all court dates via telephone, and HE appeared for me at every single date the court set. My court documents were always filed on time, he kept me updated consistently and patiently answered all my questions, and was always quick to respond to both emails and phone calls. Even via telephone, going to court is scary. Mr. Lee made the process manageable. Because of Mr. Lee, I received a very fair outcome at trial. (The other party might not agree, but…) If Avvo had a system like Reddit where I could give Mr. Lee gold, I’d guild him 2x. Highly recommend and he is definitely my go-to guy in the future!

I got a speeding ticket for driving over 100 mph, for which it is common to have your license revoked. Mr. Lee cleverly kept delaying the court date in hopes that the CHP officer would miss the hearing, which would have had my case dismissed. Even though the officer did appear, Mr. Lee got me off with a smaller charge and saved my license. He was on top of things and kept me informed step by step. When I called other attorneys in the area, who got great reviews, the person who answered the phone insisted on my giving her my credit card and wouldn't let me talk with an attorney first. Mr. Lee, a founding partner in the firm, was happy to talk with me first and explain the process. He was extremely professional. I am picky, and I couldn't recommend him more highly

Mr. Lee will spend the time to explain the divorce process, the issues involved and will prepare a plan of action. He is also well prepared when he goes into court. Divorce is such a difficult thing to go through as in my case and Mr. Lee's expertise and knowledge makes the process a lot less stressful and less overwhelming. Upon first meeting with Sheldon Lee, I was at ease, he is completely comfortable to speak with. Sheldon takes interest in what we have to say provides us with the best options tailored specifically to our situation. Another thing which was rare and refreshing; If possible, Sheldon tries to kill 2 birds with 1 stone in order to save you money. Not a lot of Lawyers out there like that. We hired Sheldon Lee via Wallin and Klarich to help with spousal support. We were strung along for 6+ months doing most of the leg work of gathering data only to have our lawyer bail on us the night before court. So we ended up with a lawyer that knew nothing about the case and had no confidence as a lawyer to boot. I would not trust this lawyer or Wallin and Klarich for any family law matter as my experience was horrible.
