It is with great respect that I write this review for the Law Office of Bullard and Powell. No one expects to wake up one morning learning of a difficult and confusing situation where they see themselves seeking the services of an attorney. I contacted the Bullard and Powell law office and received a quick response by Jeff Bullard. I knew that is was essential for me to retain an experienced criminal lawyer for the charges that were made against a family member. We spoke on the phone, met in his office and our family knew that he was the attorney for us. He listened carefully to our side of the story, he asked very specific questions, he was compassionate, and most of all very knowledgeable of the law. We followed his advice, provided him with what information we had and were extremely happy with his professionalism. He always updated us when there was new information on the case. His knowledge of the law had a dramatic and positive impact on the outcome of our case. His primary objective is to protect his clients to the best of his ability and obtain the very best outcome. We have a high regard for both Sarah Powell and Jeff Bullard and we truly appreciate the hard work that was done to give us the outcome we received.

Mr. Bullard took care of a complex case. The case involved internal influences in the court. Mr. Bullard manages relationships with everyone with the utmost respect and regard. He waits like a hawk and waits for the enemy to hang themselves. He understands the pulse of the case like no other. He is gentle and aggressive, which are tough qualities in 1 person to manage. Mr. Bullard approaches the case piecemeal when needed and also, takes huge bites to decimate the enemy's leverage. Pricing is fair, approach is highly effective. Manages complexity and analytical situations with solid ease. The case involved occupational licensure, which was effectively protected. Cross functional skill set to consult experts is solid. Jeff knows it all but does not bring that ego to the table.

Mr. Bullard is a compassionate, patient, and extremely knowledgeable attorney, and takes the time to hear your concerns and answer your questions, and never once did I feel that I was taking up too much of his time. He gave me timely updates throughout the process of my case, which unfortunately got filed during the height of the pandemic. I was informed about any changes, updates, or delays, and felt very much cared for, respected, and well represented despite the nearly 1-year process. Mr. Bullard is not in this profession to be money hungry. He is in this profession for the right reasons and if you are lucky enough to be represented by him, know that, he believes in you and your case. In my case, Mr. Bullard gave the opposing attorneys the space to work and get up-to speed on the case, and set respectful boundaries to help bring justice—all while keeping my best interests in mind, and never wavering from being on my side. Mr. Bullard's expertise and guidance allow me to now rest easy. I recommend Mr. Jeff Bullard for anyone looking for a defense attorney. He is superlative.

I consulted with Mr. Jeffery Scott Ballard and was treated with respect and honesty. I had an old Perjury charge against me. I could have been facing jail time, Plus my rights to vote and own a firearm. I discovered this warrant and charge for perjury, when looking for a job. with a background check. I was scared to death. At first I was going to ignore this, and after a short while I knew deep down, It had to get fixed. I gave Mr. Ballard a call, we had a talk, he told me what I would be facing and what he thought he could do for me. He Checked everything out for me. He did everything free of charge. He went and talked with the D.A.'s Office. and they agreed to get the charges and warrants dropped. He told me if I wanted to hire him, he would be happy to do it. I agreed with him. I hired him and withing 48 hours. All my warrants and charged were recalled and dismissed. I would recommend, Mr. Jeffery Scott Ballard 100% And with that being said, I hope I never have a need for his great help again. Thank God for Mr. Ballard

Jeff and his staff are absolutely the best. When I was facing the worst experience of my life, he expressed compassion and understanding without judgment. He helped me understand the case and the possible outcomes and guided me to help make the best decision possible for myself. He was always punctual and responsive to calls and concerns and spent time to help me understand the risks and benefits of different possible outcomes. Jeffrey Bullard was the most understanding lawyer I contacted, from knowing my case was nonsense, to not overcharging like others and handling it swiftly getting it over with my 2nd court date.
