I was told that I was going to be prepped and prepared for our hearing a week after I paid the lawyer retainer. They had said that they would schedule the hearing with the hearing officer and that they'd reach out to me. I did not hear back from them and I had been waiting for the call back. It ended up being 2 days before the trial and I had reached out to see if our court date had changed. I was given a call back later in the afternoon to prepare for our hearing that was the next day. Not knowing the date, nor reaching out and having our hearing on short notice? Clearly not prepared and not caring enough about the client. The client shouldn't have to be reminding when our hearing is.

I am so thankful to the whole Scafiddi Family. I was facing two Felony Charges And Attorney Mall and Attorney Roderick got it reduced to an Infraction. I'm Forever Grateful For them.
